Hydrostatic pressure builds up around the foundation and pushes the water into your basement at different areas and different points causing water seepage. Our systems are designed to relieve the hydrostatic pressure.
Subfloor Drainage
This design sits on top of the footer and above the dirt line. It is designed for non restricted flow of water.
Footer Drainage
This design sits beside the footer gathering the water from below the concrete slab. It collects water from the two primary sources that are responsible for basement water leakage.
Above Floor Drainage
This design is mainly used with *monolithic foundations. For monolithic foundations we use an epoxy to secure a hollow baseboard to the floor allowing the water to enter behind it.
