About Tri-State Basements
In 1993 John Anderson owner of Vt. Concrete Cutting, Inc. wanted to add on to his service line so he added "Basement De-Watering" and began introducing interior water proofing to this area. Scott worked waterproofing jobs (part time) with his dad from 1993-1999. In 2000 Scott went to work full time for Vt. Concrete Cutting, not to cut concrete but to develop the "waterproofing" business.
In 2001 John and Scott were introduced to Basement Systems and became a dealer for them. Scott bought Tri-State Basements from John in late 2003 and Tri-State Basement Services, Inc. was born. For the years 2002-2007 Tri-State Basements maintained a top 20 status with in the BS network.
Today Tri-State Basements is an independent company * not affiliated to any one franchise, our teams are certified, trained personal. In fact our team of employees in every department have years of experience in residential waterproofing. (Unlike some of the newer pop up companies).

We service the Vermont, New Hampshire and North East New York areas. We run full time estimating/evaluating, installation and service departments, as well as our very customer friendly office staff. We work with many Realtors, Home Improvement contractors and Property Maintenance companies throughout our service area. We have waterproofed mega apartment complexes, Church's, Colleges and many other commercial complexes as well.
